Greensboro Gobbler 5K and 1‑Mile Fun Run/Walk : 26th Annual
The 26th annual Greensboro Gobbler features a 5K and a 1‑mile fun run/walk in downtown Greensboro at Center City Park, 200 N Elm St, on Thursday, November 26, 2026. The 5K is chip timed and bibs contain electronic timing chips; awards are based on chip time.

Awards are presented for the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and for top male and female in each age group. Age groups are 18 and under, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 and above. Awards are distributed immediately following the race and recipients must be present to receive their award.
Packet pickup for bibs and shirts is offered on pre‑race days at The Natural Dog Pet Food Market, 2431 Battleground Ave, and race day pickup is available near the start and finish area. Participants registered by October 20, 2026 are guaranteed a custom long‑sleeve T‑shirt; sizes and availability for later registrations are not guaranteed.
The event supports Greensboro Urban Ministry and accepts food donations at packet pickup. Multiple parking garages and street parking are located within 0.3 miles of Center City Park.
