Greensboro Gobbler 5K : 26th Annual
The Greensboro Gobbler 5K is scheduled for November 26, 2026, at Center City Park in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. The event includes both a competitive 5K and a 1 mile fun run or walk and marks the event's 26th year.

Pre-race packet pickup is available the days before the event at The Natural Dog Pet Food Market, 2431 Battleground Ave, Greensboro. Race day packet pickup is available near the start and finish area at Center City Park.
All participants who register by the shirt guarantee deadline of October 20, 2026 will receive a custom long sleeve T shirt. Registrations after that date are not guaranteed a shirt or the selected size; leftover shirts may be available for purchase at the event.
The 5K is chip timed and bibs include electronic chips to record finish times. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and to the top male and female in each age group. Age groups are 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. Awards are presented immediately following the race and recipients must be present to receive them.
The event partners with Greensboro Urban Ministry and accepts food donations at packet pickup. Multiple parking garages and street parking are available within about 0.3 miles of Center City Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
