The 5K Foam Fest - Quebec, QC
The event is a 5 kilometre obstacle course held at Centre de Ski Le Relais, Boulevard du Lac, Lac-Beauport, QC on August 8, 2026. The course features more than 25 obstacles, including an inflatable slide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Music will play in the festival area. A free children’s entertainment zone is available for kids under 6.
Participation and logistics
The event allows child participants aged 7 and older. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants aged 13 to 17 may run unaccompanied but must follow all rules. Legal guardians of participants under 18 must sign a waiver. All obstacles are optional and the course can be completed at the participant’s own pace. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and the beer garden.
Registration includes race entry, a drawstring bag, a neck gaiter, a finisher medal, a 5K Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, a shower station, access to a bag drop tent, the festival area, the free kids zone and downloadable event photos. The listed registration fee is CA$58.58. Refunds are not available; transfer options are offered. Waves start at regular 15-minute intervals throughout the event day.
