The 5K Foam Fest - Quebec, QC

The 5K Foam Fest in Quebec, QC is set at Centre de Ski Le Relais in Lac-Beauport. It’s a 5K obstacle course for all ages and abilities, featuring more than 25 obstacles, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, plus the largest inflatable slide in the world. The day blends athletic challenge with a festival atmosphere—live music, food vendors, a beer garden, and a free kids zone for ages 6 and under.
