The Event
The 5K Foam Fest is a fun run based on an obstacle course. It takes place at Centre de Ski Le Relais in Lac-Beauport, Quebec.
The Course
The course features over 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable slide, mud pits, and foam. The obstacles are described as optional and the course can be tackled at one's own pace. The advertised distance is a 5K.
Practical Information
The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026. The first wave starts at 8:00 AM, with waves leaving every 15 minutes until 1:00 PM.
The run is open to all ages. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not need adult accompaniment but require a legal guardian's signed waiver. A free kids' zone is available for children 6 and under.
On-site, there will be a festival area with music, food vendors, local vendors, and a beer garden. Spectators have free access to the festival area.
