The 5K Foam Fest - Quebec, QC
The event takes place at Centre de Ski Le Relais, located at 1084 Boulevard du Lac in Lac-Beauport, Quebec. It is a fun run based on an obstacle course.
The course features more than 25 obstacles. These include the world's largest inflatable slide, mud pits, and the use of 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. All obstacles are optional, and participants can walk, run, or proceed at their own pace.
The event includes a festival area with music, local vendors, food, and a beer garden. A free kids' zone is available for children aged 6 and under, featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce castle (adult supervision required). For participants, an individual ticket includes a drawstring bag, a neck gaiter, a finisher's medal, a temporary tattoo, access to water stations, a shower station, a bag check tent, and free downloadable event photos.
Participants must be aged 7 or older. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Legal guardians of participants under 18 must sign a waiver. There are no refunds, but transfer options are available. Wave starts are scheduled every 15 minutes beginning at 8:00 AM. Spectator access to the festival area is free.
