Event overview
The 5K Foam Fest in Lac-Beauport, Quebec, is a 5 km obstacle-course event scheduled for August 8, 2026, at Centre de Ski Le Relais, Boulevard du Lac. The course includes more than 25 obstacles, the event’s inflatable slide (described as the largest), mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Music will play throughout the festival area. Participation and logistics
Children aged 7 and older may take part; those aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult, while participants aged 13 to 17 may attend unaccompanied but require a legal guardian to sign a waiver for minors under 18. Children under 6 cannot join the 5K course but have free access to a supervised kids entertainment zone with a mini inflatable obstacle and a bouncy castle. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and the beer garden. The organizer notes the activity carries physical risks and requires reading and accepting a release form.
