Belmont Water Dog Run
The 9th annual Belmont Water Dog Run is a community supported, student powered event held at Twin Pines Park, 1 Twin Pines Lane, Belmont, CA. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes race expo packet pickup next to the start line.

- 1 Mile - Fido Mile
- Virtual Run or Walk
Participants in the 5K, 10K, 1 Mile Kid's Fun Run, and the Virtual Run or Walk receive a 2026 race shirt and medal; registrants may opt out of a shirt or medal and receive a $5 discount per item, up to a $10 maximum. A 10% discount applies when four or more runners register in the same transaction.
The Fido Mile is for one owner and one dog; dogs in the Fido Mile receive a bandana. No dogs are allowed in the 5K, 10K, or the Kid's 1 Mile. Additional family members who wish to walk or run with a participating dog must register separately. Parents who escort a child in the Kid's 1 Mile must register as a Parent Escort; escorts do not receive shirts or medals.
Packet pickup is available Friday at Palladino Personal Training and on race day at 1 Twin Pines Lane (race expo). Road closures and police assisted access are planned on several local streets; course maps are subject to change. If an entrant must cancel, a credit of the registration fee less a $10 processing charge may be issued if requested a minimum of ten days before the event; credits are valid through the following calendar year and are nontransferable.
