Event Details
The Believe & Achieve 5K is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Riverside Park in Vero Beach, Florida. This is noted as the third annual edition of the event.
The event supports a mission to open doors to resources for learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, aiming to help families access therapeutic and educational support.
Available Events
Participants can choose from three events:
- 5k Run/Walk (chip-timed)
- 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk (not timed)
- Virtual 5K Run/Walk
Event Information
Registered participants receive a race T-shirt, with size guaranteed for those registered by April 12, and post-race food and beverages. Both in-person and virtual registration options are available. An early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, May 1, at a location to be determined.
A free Kids Fun Run, described as a short dash to the finish line, is also part of the day's activities. An awards ceremony is held immediately after the race.
Awards
Awards are presented in several categories:
- Top 3 overall male and female finishers.
- Top male and female masters (40+).
- Top male and female in various age groups, from 9 & under to 70+.
- An award for the largest team.
Registration Fees
Fees for the in-person events increase on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
- The 5K is $35 through May 1 ($40 on race day).
- The 1-Mile is $20 through May 1 ($25 on race day).
