Belding Area Community Fund Turkey Trot
The event takes place at Belding High School, 850 Hall Street, Belding, Michigan. It includes two distances:
- 5k (3.1 Miles)
- 1 Mile Walk untimed
Registration windows and fees are specified for each event. For the 5k the base price is $30 until 11/08 with a guaranteed t-shirt, $35 from 11/09 to 11/20, and $40 on race day. A 10 percent family discount applies to groups of three or more registering together, valid through 11/20 for the 5k only. The 1 Mile Walk fee is $15 through 11/20 and $20 on race day. Registration opening and closing dates are provided for each event.
Packet pickup is arranged on race day morning. The 5k is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation and live results will be posted on the event website.
Awards for the 5k include medals for overall female and male, overall master’s female and male (40+), and medals to the top three in multiple age groups including 14 and under, 15–19, and successive ten year brackets up to 75 and older.
For safety, dogs, bicycles, scooters, and rollerblades are not permitted. Strollers are welcome and are asked to start at the back of the field.
