Event Information
The Hurt The Dirt Trail Races take place at Luton Park in Rockford, Michigan. The races are held on a Saturday in late April.
Races and Features
There are three race distances: quarter marathon, half marathon, and full marathon.
The course is on fast and flowy singletrack trails. The event is capped at 440 participants due to parking limitations. It is expected to sell out.
On-Site Activities and Awards
A free kids’ run with a medal is offered.
A post-race meal is provided, including Cannonsburg Catering pulled pork, chicken, and jackfruit sandwiches, along with deli sides, fresh fruit, and sweets.
Finishers receive a running sock, buff, or wood medal, while supplies last (the buff is guaranteed). There are 14 age groups with prizes worth over $4,000. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
