The Beer & BBQ 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for October 3, 2026 in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The event takes place at The Mill, 100 Ellison St Building A. Donations and race proceeds will support the Upstate Running Club Youth Team. The run course starts and finishes near downtown Fountain Inn, with the start adjacent to Main Street and the Fountain Inn taproom and the finish adjacent to The Mill. Race details and policies
The entry includes one complimentary beer per registration, a finisher medal, a custom race bib, event-themed giveaways, a race sticker, complimentary race photos, music and a post-race hangout, and chip timing with live results. Listed entry pricing shows a current price of $19 (reduced from $35) and a youth price of $15 for ages 1-17; the price increases after June 1, 2026. Vendor/sponsorship opportunities are listed with a price of $100. Registration policies allow transfers to another person and distance changes through the RunSignUp profile. Race shirts are sold and shipped separately. No refunds or deferrals will be offered unless the event sells out; if the race sells out a 50% off code for a future Upstate Race Series event may be requested. Awards include trophies for the top three male and female overall and age-group medals for 1st to 3rd in multiple age categories.
