Beer & BBQ 5k Run/Walk
The Beer & BBQ 5k Run/Walk takes place on October 3, 2026 at The Mill in Fountain Inn, SC (100 Ellison St Building A, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). Race proceeds and donations support the Upstate Running Club Youth Team. The event is part of the Upstate Brew Series.
Course and logistics
The run course starts and finishes near downtown Fountain Inn, with the start adjacent to Main Street and the Fountain Inn taproom and the finish adjacent to The Mill. The route passes Bridgeway Station and the Swamp Rabbit Trail and includes sections through Holland Park. Packet pickup is held one hour prior to the race at The Mill.
Included items, awards and fees
Included items listed by the organizer include free beer at the finish, a finisher medal, a custom race bib, event-themed giveaways, a race sticker, complimentary race photos, music and a post-race party, chip timing with live results, and age group medals. Overall top three male and female finishers receive trophies; first through third in each age group receive age group series medals. Age group categories run from 0-9 up to 80+. Published entry pricing shows $19 for general registration and $15 for ages 1-17, with a listed price increase after June 1, 2026.
