Lake Conestee 8K Run/Walk
The Lake Conestee 8K is a trail run and walk held at Lake Conestee Nature Park in Greenville, SC on September 20, 2026. The course is a roughly five mile loop over soft natural trails, some single-track sections, and several wooden boardwalks that cross quiet wetlands. The route includes about 285 feet of elevation gain delivered in small, rolling increments and is marked with yellow arrows.
Parking and park admission are free at the pavilion area at 840 Mauldin Road. Packet pickup is available at the pavilion on race day only and participants must collect their own packets. There are no water stations on the course; water is provided at the finish line. A 90 minute time limit applies to the event.
Included with entry are a custom bib, chip timing and live results, a custom finisher medal, a custom race tattoo, event-themed giveaways, a race sticker, a Wildly Charged hydration sample, and complimentary professional race photos. Post-race offerings include pancakes, music, and a finish-line gathering. Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group awards for the top three in each of 15 age categories.
