Lake Conestee Nature Park 8k
The Lake Conestee 8k is a trail running and walking event held at Lake Conestee Nature Park in Greenville, South Carolina. The event takes participants through a natural environment characterized by forests, wetlands, and lake views. The route begins and ends near the large pavilion located at 840 Mauldin Road.
The course consists of a single 8 km (5-mile) loop. This loop features a variety of terrain including soft natural trails, sections of single-track paths, and wooden boardwalks that cross over rivers and flooded wetlands. Participants navigate a total elevation gain of 285 feet throughout the course. Yellow arrows are placed along the trails to guide runners through the shifting landscape.

Recognition is provided for top finishers, with awards designated for the top three male and female participants in both overall and age group categories.
