Beach to Beer 5K & 10K, Colonial Beach VA
Beach to Beer is an annual set of road events held at Colonial Beach Town Hill along the Potomac. The event program includes a 10K and 5K race plus a 1 Mile Walk.

The 5K and 10K use a flat course. Chip timing and live-streamed results are provided. Awards are given to the top three overall and the top three in age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years thereafter. Walkers and children may participate in the 5K or the 1 Mile Walk; registration is required for anyone on the course. The 5K has a one hour time limit and walkers start behind the runners.
Event inclusions note on-site local breweries and a post-race beer garden with non-alcohol options, a tech shirt with a paid upgrade to long sleeve, and a custom Beach to Beer beer glass for all participants. Water stations are placed on course and at the finish, with a complimentary snack at the finish chute. Additional amenities include free parking, free downloadable photos, on-site food service, lawn games, stroller access, and packet pick-up at the Good Day for a Run tent at Town Hill.
