The 2026 Baylor Scott & White College Station Marathon marks the 15th year of this event. Participants run through the cities of College Station and Bryan, including the Texas A&M campus. The courses are characterized as fairly flat and fast, featuring shady neighborhoods and several golf courses. While the marathon course includes some rolling hills between miles 7 and 13, it remains mostly flat overall. The marathon is USAT&F certified and serves as a Boston Marathon qualifying race.
Available distances include:
- 26.2 miles (Marathon)
- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
- Marathon Relay (4 or 8-person teams)
The event includes aid stations located every 1.5 miles providing water and Gatorade. A course time limit of six hours and 30 minutes is enforced for both the half and full marathons, following a rolling schedule based on a 15-minute per mile pace. For safety reasons, dogs, bicycles, and strollers are prohibited on the course.
Participants in the marathon and half marathon receive a short sleeve shirt, a finisher's jacket, and a custom medal. Relay participants receive a shirt and a finisher's medal. A post-race party featuring food and refreshments is held immediately after the event. A packet pick up and expo with local vendors take place the day before the race at 1015 Colgate Drive; there is no race day packet pick up.
