NXR South Regional - Meet information
The regional cross country meet is scheduled for November 22, 2026 at the Watts Cross Country Course in College Station, Texas. The event covers athletes from the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Mississippi.
Registration for the regional and for the community race is handled through Athletic.net. A separate Competitive Community Race is listed as a 5k, with community race registration open through October 18, 2026.
Entry fees are published in two windows around mid November 2026. Fees listed are:
- Individual registration: $50 (early), $65 (later)
- Team registration: $250 (early), $325 (later)
- Bulk entry 8–50: $495 (early), $675 (later)
- Bulk entry 51 and up: $595 (early), $800 (later)
Team entry requires a roster of 5 to 7 athletes registered as a scoring team. The bulk entry option allows unlimited registrations at no additional charge once the total entry fee on the same account reaches $595; community race fees do not count toward this bulk threshold.
All athletes must have a signed Participant Release Form submitted to the event organizers prior to the regional. If the athlete is a minor, parent or guardian consent is required and a coach may not sign on a parent or guardian's behalf.
Club team coaches, chaperones, and optional adult team volunteers for teams competing in the championship race who may qualify for Nike Cross Nationals must meet SafeSport compliance. The requirement includes purchasing a 2026 USATF adult membership, initiating a youth background screening through the USATF screening partner, and completing the SafeSport online training course.
