Distances:
- 5K
- 100 yards Kids Dash (12 and under)
The 5K entry fee is $35 and includes a chip-timed race bib, a commemorative finisher's medal, and a race shirt. Shirt sizes for the 5K are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; after a size sells out registrants may select from remaining sizes or choose a no shirt option. Choosing the no shirt option does not reduce the fee and will be considered a direct donation to Bayside College. A post race party will be held with complimentary food and beverages for race participants.
The Kids Dash entry fee is $10 and includes a race shirt and a Fit2Run bib. Kids Dash participants are grouped by age with approximate sprint distances by bracket (about 50, 75, 150, and 200 yards). Children registered for the 5K may also take part in the Kids Dash. Those registered only for the Kids Dash may not run in the 5K unless they remain in a stroller at all times. Runners in the 5K must be 5 years of age or older on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
