Run Manatee Rye Preserve 5K
The event takes place at Rye Preserve in Parrish, Florida, on the final day of the RUN Manatee series. It includes a 5K run/walk on mixed terrain through the preserve's trail system, which passes sand pine scrub, xeric oak scrub, oak hammocks and the river community. The area is noted for wildlife such as gopher tortoises and Florida scrub jays.
The day also features a free community warm up and a yoga cooldown, and a marketplace with local food and vendors. A Fun Run for children and families is part of the program and offers multiple short distances.
Packet pick up is available on November 19 at John Marble Recreation Center and November 20 at G.T. Bray Park, with race day packet pick up at Rye Preserve.

5K registration includes a dri-fit event shirt and a custom finisher medal. Shirt sizes are guaranteed to participants who sign up by 10/30/26; shirts may be available in limited quantities afterward. A portion of registration fees is donated to Foundation for Dreams, and completing all three RUN Manatee events yields a composite series medal.
