Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital Pier Run is a holiday event held on July 4th, 2027 at the St Pete Pier and Spa Beach in St Petersburg, Florida. The main event is a 4 mile walk/run along a flat, waterfront course that begins near Spa Beach and finishes on the Pier. The course is closed to traffic and includes one on-course hydration station. The event limits participants to a total field across two waves and caps entries at 1,500 runners per wave and 3,000 participants overall.
