About the race
The Battle Creek Patriot Run is an annual running event held at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base in Battle Creek, Michigan. The 2025 edition, its fourth, features a 5K run/walk and a 10K run, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities in a family-friendly atmosphere. Runners can also opt for virtual 5K and 10K races, completing their runs anytime in September with race packets mailed to them.
All participants receive a t-shirt and finisher's medal, with awards for overall and age group winners. Proceeds support military families through the 110th Wing Family Readiness Office. The course runs on the base roads, and the event is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
