Organisers list volunteer roles for the event. The event’s charity partner is Cottage by the Sea, an independent not-for-profit children’s charity based in Queenscliff that has operated for 128 years and provides camp programs and holiday opportunities for children and young people. The naming sponsor is 13th Beach Health Services. The event has received support from a City of Greater Geelong Community Grant.
