Barrington 5K Run Festival
The Barrington 5K Run Festival is scheduled for October 3, 2026 in Barrington, Rhode Island. This edition marks the fifth anniversary and combines multiple running events with a community Fall Festival and seasonal activities.
Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 1 mile fun run for participants age 13 and younger
- 50 yard dash for participants age 13 and younger
The 5K carries a $34 registration fee. The 1 mile fun run has a $15 fee and the kids 50 yard dash has a $10 fee. The 5K awards a $100 cash prize to the top male and female finishers. Commemorative race T shirts are provided to 5K participants who register by September 12, 2026. All pre-registered kids fun run participants by September 12, 2026 receive a finisher medal.
Bib pickup is at Barrington Christian Academy, 9 Old County Rd, Barrington, RI 02806. Pickup is available Friday, October 2, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on race morning. Race day registration is available but no cash is accepted; all registrations must be completed online via credit card. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
