BRB Back Roads Bound Half Marathon
The BRB Back Roads Bound event in White Lake, Michigan offers a choice of road distances and a kids run. Races are scheduled for August 8, 2026 and start and finish at Hawley Park, located behind the White Lake Township Police Department at 7525 Highland Rd.
The program includes these distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- 1/2 mile kids run fun untimed
All races follow out and back routes that run from the park down Porter Rd onto paved and dirt back roads of White Lake. The course is marked with volunteers, cones and arrows and will be monitored by the White Lake Police Department. Portions of the course remain open to traffic so participants should be aware of their surroundings. Bathrooms are available at the start and finish area and water stations are located at multiple points on the course.
Packet pickup is offered at Running Gear in Waterford on the Wednesday and Thursday before the race during store hours and on race morning at the Hawley Park pavilion. Parking is available in the Kohl's lot across the street at 7375 Highland Rd.
The event supports Certain Hope Community, WLPD, the Milford Bowling Team and Uganda Living Hope. Results and awards are posted at the awards table after the races.
