Babler Bongo 15K Trail Race/15K RUCK
Scheduled for October 24, 2026 at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park in Wildwood, MO, this event offers two race options over a common loop course that uses park trails and the Guy Park trailhead.

The course is a loop connecting Dogwood, Woodbine, Hawthorn and Equestrian trails, with a total distance of 15K and approximately 1,350 feet of elevation gain. The event is capped at 75 runners, with some spots held for race day registration.
There will be one unmanned aid station at about 4.5 miles that provides water only. This is a cup free event; participants must carry their own cup or use a handheld or hydration vest to access water.
Online registrations include a custom blended fabric unisex t-shirt when ordered by October 4, 2026, and finishers receive custom finisher items: a medal for the trail race and a rucking patch for the ruck division. Overall awards are listed for top male, female and non-binary performers in both divisions, and a $50 credit is available for Terrain Trail Runners races during the following year.
The event participates in the Trail Mix Fund to help cover registration fees for under-served runners, and Terrain Trail Runners donates part of ruck registration fees to a veteran support organization.
