Babler Bongo 15K Trail Race / 15K RUCK
The 3rd annual Babler Bongo 15K Trail Race / 15K RUCK takes place on October 24, 2026, at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park, Henry Babler Shelter at Guy Park Trailhead, 800 Guy Park Drive, Wildwood, MO 63005. The event offered by Terrain Trail Runners includes a 15 kilometer foot race and a separate 15 kilometer ruck division along park trails.
Ruck participants must carry a backpack, rucksack, or weighted vest that weighs a minimum of 20 lbs, not counting water or food used during the event. All finishers in the ruck division receive a custom Babler Bongo 15K rucking patch. For each ruck division registration, five dollars is donated to DOGS for our BRAVE. The Trail Mix Fund is available to waive registration fees for applicants who cannot afford the entry and for those who identify as BIPOC or LGBTQ plus.
