Shivering Shadows 7K
The Shivering Shadows 7K is an evening 7-kilometer run/walk hosted by the City of Wildwood at LaSalle Springs Middle School, 3300 Highway 109, Wildwood, Missouri 63038. The course takes participants at night into the wooded area known as Zombie Road.
Participants receive event apparel and other swag, with post-race refreshments and music noted as part of the event. Costumes are welcome and runners and walkers are encouraged to carry lights because portions of the route pass through dark woods.
Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each age group and to the top three overall male and female finishers. Packet pickup is available at Wildwood City Hall, 16860 Main Street, with scheduled windows on the Thursday and Friday before the event (Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.), or at LaSalle Springs Middle School starting at 6 p.m. on the day of the event.
