Aut2Run for Autism : Camarillo, CA
The Aut2Run for Autism takes place on April 26, 2026 at California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, CA. This is the event's 14th annual edition. All proceeds go to Autism Society Ventura County (ASVC) to support education, advocacy and local programs for individuals and families affected by autism.
Events and format
The event includes multiple in-person and virtual options:
- 15K Hero Run (combined results from the 10K and 5K)
- 10K Trail Race (half road, half trail)
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Run/Walk
- Fun-K (for children under age 12 and for adults with special needs and their caregivers; limited to 300 participants)
- Virtual Run/Walk (participants may run or walk anywhere and submit results)
Race details and logistics
The 10K course has a strict time limit and cutoffs; participants who miss the course cutoff will be removed from the course and recorded as DNF. Race packets are distributed at CSUCI South Quad on the weekend of the event and race packets will be mailed the week of the race for remote participants. All registered finishers receive a finisher medal and a soft event t-shirt; 15K participants receive a medal with a superhero cape. Registration prices range from $35 to $60, with price increases scheduled in mid January 2026 and virtual registration closing in late April 2026.
