Event overview
Aut2Run for Autism is scheduled for April 26, 2026 at California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, CA. This is the 14th annual Aut2Run. One hundred percent of race proceeds support the Autism Society Ventura County (ASVC), which provides education, advocacy, programs, and public awareness to serve people with autism and their families.
Races and distances
- 15K Hero Run - runs both the 10K and 5K; combined times determine 15K results.
- 10K Trail Race - 1/2 road and 1/2 trail.
- 5K Run/Walk - 3.1 miles.
- 1 Mile Run/Walk.
- Fun-K - for children under 12 and adults with special needs and their caregivers; limited to 300 participants.
- Virtual Run/Walk - participate from any location.
Logistics and other details
Registration fees vary by event, for example the 15K is listed at $60, the 10K at $50, the 5K at $45, the 1 Mile at $40, the Fun-K at $35, and the Virtual Run/Walk at $60. Packets will be mailed the week of the race; in-person packet pickup is available on the weekend at the CSUCI South Quad. The 10K has a course time limit: participants must complete the 10K within 75 minutes or receive a DNF and may be transported to the 5K course join point. Virtual participants should use a GPS device or app to track distance and submit time and distance online between April 18 and May 1, 2026.
