The Austwick Amble is a fell race held in the Yorks Dales at Austwick Village Green (LA2 8BB). The senior course distance is 13 km (8.1 miles) with 365 m (1,198 ft) of climb. The event is categorised as BM. The course skills listed are ER, PM, LK. Minimum age for the senior race is 18. The senior field is limited to 250 runners.

Entries, fees and permits

Pre-entry is available via SiEntries; a pre-entry fee is £8.00. Entry on the day is allowed at a fee of £12.00. Junior races have a separate entry fee of £3, payable online or on the day. This race has a permit and UK Athletics insurance associated with the Fell Runners Association (FRA).

Junior races and other details

Junior races are held for a range of age groups with the following distances: 2 km (U10 & U12; entrants must be over 8 on the day), 2.5 km (U14), 3.2 km (U16), and 4.3 km (U18 & U20).
