Races and entry
The event offers multiple race options using a 1.25 km lap of the circuit:
- Fun Run: 1.25 km. Price listed £8.00.
- 5K: 5 km (4 x 1.25 km lap). Open to entrants aged 11 and over on the event date. Price listed £22.00 - £24.00.
- 10K: 10 km (8 x 1.25 km lap). Open to entrants aged 15 and over on the event date. Price listed £25.00 - £27.00.

Logistics and policies
Parking is available at Mallory Park for £3 per car; the fee is collected on exit and cash is requested where possible. ATW does not offer refunds or transfers to another person, but entries can be transferred to any future ATW event without evidence.
