ATW Mallory Park Runs
The ATW Mallory Park Runs take place at the Mallory Park Motor Racing Circuit in Leicestershire. This event provides the opportunity to run on a professional racing track that has historically hosted Formula 1 and club racing. The course features wide, smooth tarmac surfaces and iconic corners, providing a completely traffic-free environment for all participants.
Participants can choose from several distances held on the circuit:
- Fun Run: A single 1.25 km lap of the circuit.
- 5K: A distance consisting of four 1.25 km laps, open to those aged 11 and over.
- 10K: A distance consisting of eight 1.25 km laps, open to those aged 15 and over.
The event includes a finish line experience with music, post-race snacks, and a finisher's medal for those who complete their distance. Marshals are positioned along the course to provide support. On-site camping is available the night before the event for those who wish to stay at the venue.
Parking is provided on-site for a fee, and the organizers encourage car sharing. Please note that dogs are not permitted at the race circuit. The event is held in partnership with Alzheimer's Research UK, allowing participants the option to fundraise or donate. According to the organizer's policy, entries can be transferred to a future event up to 48 hours before race day if the participant is unable to attend.
