Great Yarmouth Seafront Half Marathon, 10k & 5k
The event takes place on 7 March 2027 at Wellesley Recreation Ground in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. It includes three race distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10k
- 5k
The 10k and Half Marathon are held on accurately measured courses and all races are conducted under a full UK Athletics race licence. The event is chip timed and the route features seafront views, marked course signage and support from marshals. Music zones appear on course and the races conclude with a stadium finish. Event entries include free event photos and a custom designed finisher medal. Finish line snacks and additional goodies are provided.
The event holds a Gold Racecheck award and lists previous participant reviews. Participants have the opportunity to raise funds for the partner charity Alzheimers Research UK; donation and fundraising options are available during checkout. A 2027 event t shirt is offered for purchase and can be collected on event day.
ATW’s transfer and refund policy is stated: refunds are not offered and entries cannot be transferred to another person, but entries may be transferred to any future ATW event. Transfers can be made up to 48 hours before the original event date with no proof required.
Parking is generally available within Great Yarmouth, though access to the North Drive car park may be restricted during road closures. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
