Santa Dash and Festive Fun Run
The event takes place at Lingwood Village Hall and uses the hall grounds plus surrounding trail footpaths. It offers two main running options and a short novelty dash, with on-site refreshments available.
Distances
- 5 km Santa Dash (minimum age 11 years)
- 2 km Family Festive Fun Run (route remains at the Village Hall)
All finishers receive a medal. New for 2026 is the Inflatable Fancy Dress Dash, a free 400 m dash for participants wearing an inflatable costume. The Hug-a-Mug cafe will be open, offering snacks, home-made cakes and refreshments.
Half of the event profits will be donated to two charities. To reduce costs and increase the donation amount, the races will not be timed. Entry conditions state that entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 09/12/2026.
