A.T. Still fit for life Fun Run 5K
The A.T. Still fit for life Fun Run is an annual 5K walk/run hosted by Advocates for the American Osteopathic Association (AAOA) during the OMED conference. The event takes place as part of OMED26 in Las Vegas, Nevada, at Sunset Park on October 24, 2026. The event format includes a community walk/run over a 5-kilometer distance.
All proceeds from the Fun Run support the AAOA Special Projects Grant Fund. Those grants provide financial awards to osteopathic organizations and affiliates for community projects across the United States. The AAOA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to support and promote the osteopathic profession; its membership includes spouses, friends, family, and supporters of osteopathic physicians.
The 2025 Fun Run at OMED25 in Nashville included student participation through a partnership with SOMA and helped launch a Charity Miles wellness program. Volunteers from SOMA supported the event in Nashville. For the 2026 run, sponsorship opportunities are available at multiple levels to help grow scholarship and grant funds.
