Zombie Run 5K and 1-Mile Walk (October 10, 2026)
The Zombie Run is a themed running and walking event held in Henderson at Wildhorse Golf Course, 2100 W. Warm Springs Rd. The event offers a chip timed 5K and a 1 mile walk. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween clothing or undead costumes. Souvenir medals and dry fit t-shirts are guaranteed for the first 300 participants. The event is open to all ages and fitness levels.

Registration fees are listed separately for each distance and change by date. For the 5K run the fees are $35 (Now through September 9), $45 (September 10 through October 9), and $50 (Day of). For the 1 Mile walk the fees are $30 (Now through September 9), $35 (September 10 through October 9), and $40 (Day of). All Henderson 5Ks register officially through Active.com.
Packet pickup is available at Cornerstone Park near the Concessions Area, 1600 Wigwam Pkwy on Thursday, October 8 from 10am to 7pm and Friday, October 9 from 10am to 3pm. Day of packet pickup is at Wildhorse Golf Club on Saturday, October 10 from 8am to 9:30am. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
