The event is a community-focused run that starts at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign on Las Vegas Boulevard South in Las Vegas, NV. Distances offered include:

• 5K
• 10K
• 13.1 (Half marathon)
• Virtual Run
• Family 1 Mile Fun Run

The race is organized as a smaller, private group run with a capped field per wave. Participants reserve a wave after registering. Organizers hand out race bibs on the day of the event and coordinators remain on-site for three hours after the first wave. Event information and final course maps are distributed to participants by the Wednesday before race day.

Timing is optional. Participants may track their own time with apps such as Strava, RunKeeper, or Nike Run and submit results via the organizer’s online form for posting. No timing chips are used.

Swag and post-race items are mailed to participants in the U.S. The standard swag package includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, a virtual training run emailed one month before the event, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join a local running club. A lightweight technical shirt upgrade is available for an additional fee. A virtual run option allows participants to run on their own schedule using a digital training pack.
