The Association of the United States Army Southern Virginia Chapter organizes the 3rd Annual 5K and 10K on September 27, 2026, on the Virginia Capital Trail in Charles City, Virginia. The event location is 9220 John Tyler Memorial Hwy., 5 Fields Brewing Co, Charles City, VA 23030, US.

Registration opens June 22, 2026 and closes September 26, 2026. The registration fee is $25. Packet pickup is available on race day. Official race timing is provided and runners are released in small groups of 1 to 3; chip time begins when a participant crosses the starting mat and ends when they cross the finish mat. Each registration includes a finisher's medal, an event SWAG item, and a finish line beer.
The Southern Virginia Chapter works to educate, inform, and connect Soldiers, Families, and the Fort Lee community, including National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve partners. Every registration supports the 2nd Annual Charles City High School JROTC Scholarship Fund.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at a cost of $250 and include a community partnership benefit, logo placement on the event SWAG item, social media promotion, course signage, and one complimentary race registration.
