ASH Foundation Run/Walk 5K/3K
The ASH Foundation Run/Walk is held in New Orleans near the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, with a course that follows the Riverwalk and goes through Woldenberg Park. Participants may choose between these distances:
- 3K
- 5K
The event offers both in-person and virtual participation. One hundred percent of the proceeds from individual and group registration fees and additional individual donations will benefit ASH's Foundation.
Packet pickup is in the main concourse of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Hall D, and includes a commemorative t-shirt, safety pins, and a chip-timed bib. Packet pickup schedule is December 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central; December 11 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central; and December 12 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central. There is no day of registration or packet pickup.
If participants preregister on or before 5:00 p.m. Central on Friday, November 6, a t-shirt and bib in the indicated size are guaranteed. In-person entries registered by that deadline receive commemorative t-shirts and chip-timed bibs; post-race snacks are provided. Virtual entries receive a digital bib for sharing on social media.
