Event Details
The Arts and Dash 5K is an in-person running and walking event taking place on Saturday, August 15, 2026. It is a 5 km distance. The race is a fundraiser supporting Mona Shores Schools and Muskegon Rotaract.
Location & Logistics
The event starts and finishes at 82 Randall Rd. – Ross Park in Norton Shores, Muskegon, Michigan. Packet pick-up is located in the parking lot near the start/finish line on the day of the race.
Race Course
The course has markers at the 1-mile and 2-mile points. One mid-race water station is provided.
Awards & Categories
Awards are given for Overall Male and Female finishers, as well as Masters (40+) Male and Female. The top three finishers in each age group receive medals. Age groups are 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over, for both males and females.
Registration
The standard registration fee is $25. A late registration option is available on race day for $30. Late registration opens and packet pick-up opens on race day. A race shirt is available as an add-on, with guaranteed availability for registrations completed by August 10, 2026.
