Paczki 5K Dash/Walk - Muskegon
The Paczki 5K Dash/Walk is a chip timed running event that starts at Heritage Landing and follows Muskegon’s Lakeshore Trail on a professionally marked and measured 5K course. The race is USATF sanctioned and uses timing provided by a professional race timing company.
Registration has a fee of $35.00 and opens and closes according to the event organizer. Packet pickup is available at Heritage Landing and at Betten Chevrolet. The event is presented with sponsorship from Betten Automotive Group and supported by Run Muskegon. Volunteers include area high school National Honor Society chapters, and a festival mascot will be present at the event.
Awards include a $250 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card for overall male and female top finishers, festival packages for Master and Grand Master overall winners, and age group prizes across standard age brackets from 0-9 up to 80+. Every finisher receives a free entry to the Muskegon Polish Festival, a Moratz Bakery paczki, and a CoreLife Eatery beverage item. Noah Project will collect Wish List donations for animals and may hold an adoption event weather permitting.
