Event Details
The South Cobb Arts Alliance hosts the Art at the Springs 5K Fun Run and Walk, now in its third annual edition. It is held in conjunction with an Art Festival, which begins shortly after the race ends.
Course Information
The event covers a 5K distance. The race route is an out-and-back course. It starts on Marietta Street and proceeds westward onto the Lucille Creek Trail, then northward before returning to the finish line. The course is described as flat and fast. It includes segments through historic downtown Powder Springs and a paved nature path.
The finish line is located in Thurman Springs Park at 4485 Pineview Drive in Powder Springs, Georgia.
Participant Information
The race is professionally timed. Walkers are welcome. It is a rain-or-shine event with no refunds. All participants receive a race shirt, described as comfortable and high-quality, featuring an original logo created by an award-winning artist.
