Art at the Springs 5K Fun Run and Walk
The Art at the Springs 5K Fun Run and Walk is the third annual 5-kilometer event hosted by South Cobb Arts Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit run entirely by volunteers that has operated since 1972. The event is held in Powder Springs, Georgia, in conjunction with the Art at the Springs Festival.
The course is a flat out and back route that begins on Marietta Street, proceeds westward to the Lucille Creek Trail, turns north, and returns to the finish line in Thurman Springs Park. The route includes segments through historic downtown Powder Springs and a paved nature path on the Lucille Creek Trail.
The 5K is professionally timed and welcomes walkers. The event takes place rain or shine. All 5K participants receive a comfortable, high quality race shirt featuring an original race logo created by an award winning artist. Shirt size is guaranteed for registrations completed by August 23. Registration opens February 14, 2026 and closes February 14, 2026. The listed registration fee is $29.00.
