Appalachian Sustainable Development Barn To Run 4 Miler
The event takes place in Abingdon, Virginia on 10/05/2026 and marks 30 years of growing a stronger Appalachia through agriculture. The course starts and finishes at The Meadows Sports Complex and includes an out and back section on the Creeper Trail. The event is family friendly and participants are invited to wear fruit or vegetable costumes or dress like a farmer.
There are in person and virtual options. Registration opens 7/25/2026 13:06 and closes 9/21/2026 23:59. The registration fee is $35.00. The first 100 registrants are guaranteed a t shirt. All proceeds benefit Appalachian Sustainable Development.
