Event Overview
The Anthem Sprint Triathlon is a reverse-order triathlon event. It starts with a 5 km run, followed by a 20 km bike ride, and finishes with a 400 m pool swim. A shorter Kids Triathlon is also available, featuring a half-mile run, a 4.5-mile bike ride, and a 200 m swim. Relay team options for adults are offered.

Location and Course
The event takes place at the Anthem Community Center in Anthem, Arizona. The run course is described as an out-and-back route on a sidewalk. The bike course consists of multiple loops on local roads, with a designated lane separating cyclists from vehicular traffic. Helmets are mandatory on the bike route. The swim takes place in a community pool using a serpentine lane pattern.
Participant Information
The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, requiring participants to have an annual membership or purchase a one-day license. Packet pickup is available on race day. An athlete briefing is held before the start. The event uses RFID chip timing, and chips must be returned after the race.
Awards and Amenities
All participants receive a finisher medal. Post-race refreshments and a race hoodie are included with registration, though there is an option to decline the hoodie for a discount.
