Event overview
The Annapolis 10 Mile Run is a 10-mile road race in Annapolis, Maryland, organized by the Annapolis Striders, Inc., a volunteer non-profit club. The event is scheduled for Sunday, August 30, 2026, and the start and finish are at Navy–Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, 550 Taylor Ave, Annapolis, MD. The course goes through historic Annapolis and crosses the Severn River. Live tracking and a race leaderboard are available through the event tracking app.
Registration, transfers and deferrals
Race registration is limited to 5,000 entrants. All participants must be at least 12 years old on race day. In-person expo registration may be permitted if spots remain; expo registration is credit card only and subject to availability. Transfers are allowed during the stated transfer window and include an option for a paid recipient or a refund less a transfer fee. Registered runners may defer entry to the 2027 race for a deferral fee. There are no refunds outside the stated policies.
Rules, packet pick-up and race services
Packet pick-up requires a government-issued photo ID or an authorized pickup with a permission letter and ID copy. Headphones, wheeled devices, and pets are not permitted on course. There is no bag check; parking is adjacent to the start/finish and unattended bags may be confiscated by local police. All finishers receive a finisher’s premium and medal; premiums are only distributed to those who finish.
