The Annapolis 10 Mile Run is a road race held in Annapolis, Maryland on August 30, 2026. The event is a 10-mile foot race that starts and finishes at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The course passes through historic Annapolis and crosses the Severn River. The race is organized by the Annapolis Striders, Inc., a volunteer non-profit running club, and is conducted according to Road Runners Club of America road racing guidelines. Live tracking and a leaderboard are available through the event’s tracking app for real-time position, pace, and estimated finish, and official results are published there.
Registration, rules and amenities
Race registration is limited to 5,000 entrants and is open to participants aged 12 and older. A $10 discount is offered for Annapolis Striders members. Transfers are permitted during the stated transfer window with a transfer fee; a deferral option to the 2027 race is available for a fee during the posted deferral period. There are no refunds outside the rules and no deferrals outside stated timeframes.
Race rules prohibit headphones or earbuds, wheeled devices (roller blades, bikes, strollers), and pets. Packet pick-up requires a government-issued photo ID; on the Saturday expo a designee may pick up a bib with a permission letter and a copy of the runner’s ID, while race-day pick-up is restricted to the registered runner. All finishers receive a finisher’s premium and medal; premiums and awards will not be mailed. Awards are presented by overall, masters, grand masters, and age-group divisions, and include special awards for top local and academy-affiliated finishers.
