Annapolis 10 Mile Run
The Annapolis Ten Mile Run is a road race of 10 miles held in Annapolis, Maryland. The event is organized by the Annapolis Striders, Inc., a 1,000-member, all-volunteer nonprofit 501(c)(3) club established in 1978. The race is conducted according to the road racing guidelines of the Road Runners Club of America.
The course runs through historic Annapolis and crosses the Severn River. The race has been listed as one of the top ten 10-mile races in the country by Runner’s World Magazine. The event marked its 50th annual running on August 24, 2025.
For 2026 the race has been selected as the RRCA Maryland State 10 Mile Championship. The event requires substantial volunteer support; hundreds of volunteers are needed and volunteers receive a 2026 volunteer shirt.
