Anglesey 10K
The Jones o Gymru Anglesey 10 km is scheduled for 23 May 2027 and takes place at the Anglesey Showground in Mona, Ynys Môn. The route starts and finishes at the showground and follows a closed-road course that includes wide sections of the A5 and quieter country lanes through central Anglesey.
Runners pass through traditional agricultural landscapes and the hamlet of Tynlon, join the half marathon route for part of the course, and approach Llyn Cefni where the route offers reservoir views. The terrain is described as gently undulating, with long-range views of Eryri including the Carneddau and Glyderau mountain groups visible across the Menai Strait.
The event uses chip timing with live results and SMS result options. The course is fully signed and marshalled and includes drink stations offering water, High5 drinks, and High5 gels. On-course and event services include a secure bag drop, an event village with music, commentary and food vendors, and on-the-day prize giving for multiple age categories. Finishers receive a locally sourced slate coaster, a bag of Jones o Gymru crisps, and an event memento valued at £12.50. Participants must be at least 15 years old.
