Conwy Half Marathon
The Conwy Half Marathon takes place in Conwy, North Wales on 15 November 2026. The race is capped at 4,000 entries for 2026 and is reported to be around two thirds full.
The course starts and finishes on the bridge at the quayside in front of Conwy Castle and follows roads beside the River Conwy towards Deganwy and the West Shore at Llandudno. It proceeds along Church Walks past Llandudno Pier, circles the Great Orme with views of the Isle of Anglesey and Puffin Island, then returns to Conwy for the finish.
Distances
- Half marathon, approximately 13.1 miles
- Fun Run, approx 1 mile out and back over Conwy bridge
Race services include a bespoke finisher medal and a technical T shirt. Drink stations are provided at roughly every 3 miles and at the finish. Toilets are located at the quayside start finish and there are portable toilets near mile 4 and mile 10. First aid teams are at the start and finish with mobile medical cover on course. There is a baggage area on the quayside; runners must attach the provided yellow tag to leave baggage.
Road closures will be in place for the whole route and marshals will manage crossing points. The organisers request that runners do not use headphones and that litter is left at water stations or with marshals. Results are published later in the day and event photos are available online.
