Anchorage Mayor's Marathon & Half Marathon
The Anchorage Mayor's Marathon and Half-Marathon is an annual running event held in Anchorage, Alaska, during the Summer Solstice. The race is co-hosted by the University of Alaska Anchorage Athletic Department and the Municipality of Anchorage Parks and Recreation Department. The event takes place during a period of approximately 19 hours of daylight, attracting participants from across the United States and various international locations.
