Anchorage Mayor's Marathon and Solstice Classic
The Anchorage Mayor's Marathon is an annual multi-event running competition held in Anchorage, Alaska, during the Summer Solstice. The event is co-hosted by the University of Alaska Anchorage Athletic Department and the Municipality of Anchorage Parks and Recreation Department. Participants from various states and international locations gather in a region that experiences over 19 hours of daylight during this time of year.

- 26.2 Miles Marathon
- 26.2 Miles Marathon Relay
- 13.1 Miles Half Marathon
- 4.7 Miles Solstice Classic
- 1 Mile Kids Mile
The marathon course is certified by USA Track and Field and serves as a Boston Marathon qualifier. The event center is located at the Delaney Park Strip. Activities associated with the event weekend include opportunities for sightseeing in the surrounding area, such as glacier viewing and local wildlife observation.
The 2026 edition features a timeline where registration for the primary races opens in late October 2025. While the main running events take place on June 20, the youth distance is scheduled for two days prior on June 18. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
