Anchor Scholarship Foundation 5K

The event supports the Anchor Scholarship Foundation. It includes two distinct events: a 5K and FunRun in-person event and a Virtual 5K. The in-person race is held on the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail in Chesapeake, Virginia. The course is described as flat and uses an out-and-back route.

Proceeds support Surface Navy families and also contribute to the Navy Surface Line Week. There is a team element where commands (teams) can earn points for having the most participants or the fastest runner.
