City of Artesia 5K Run/Walk
The City of Artesia 5K Run/Walk is an annual community event held in Artesia, California, with the objective of promoting health and fitness. For its third edition, the event features a single distance for participants:

The course is open to both runners and walkers. Registered participants receive a race t-shirt, a participation medal, a running bib, and chip timing to track their performance. The event takes place regardless of weather conditions, proceeding "rain or shine."
In addition to the run, the event hosts a Health and Wellness Expo. This expo provides an opportunity for guests to interact with various vendors and enter to win prizes. Food trucks are also present on-site to provide snacks for attendees.
Race bib pickup is available on multiple days prior to the event at the Albert O. Little Community Center located at Artesia Park. Early pickup windows are scheduled for the Thursday and Friday before the race, though participants also have the option to collect their materials on the morning of the event at the same location.
