Aloha 5K
The Aloha 5K is a community running event held in Purcellville, Virginia at 10 Patrick Henry Circle. The event is organized by the PHC Running Club in partnership with the PHC International Justice Mission Club to support IJM, an international nonprofit working to address human trafficking and related violence. The event has a fundraising goal of $2,500 and accepts donations and fundraisers connected to registration.

What registration includes:
- 5K run registrants receive a bib, safety pins, lei, decal, official 5K time, orange juice, fruit, raffle ticket, and event photos. T-shirts are available for an additional fee.
- 1.5 mile walk registrants receive a lei, decal, orange juice, fruit, raffle ticket, and event photos. T-shirts are available for an additional fee.
Participants check in at the BHC Lobby where race packets and course maps are available. Awards are given to the top three male and female PHC student runners and the top male and female non-PHC student runners. The event also includes a raffle with prizes provided by local businesses in prior years.
A student discount applies: current Patrick Henry College students receive a 50 percent registration discount because half of the event budget is funded by the Student Activity Fund. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
