AlexTru Foundation 5k and 10k
The AlexTru Foundation hosts its annual running event at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach. This community-focused race is open to participants of all ages and abilities. For 2026, the event features a Halloween theme, and participants are encouraged to wear costumes during their run.

All registered participants receive a uniquely designed race t-shirt. Runners are professionally timed using chip technology. In addition to the race, the hardware includes a finish line festival featuring a trunk-or-treat experience, family games, music, and sponsor booths. Medals are awarded to all participants, with availability guaranteed for those who register by mid-March.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the Alexander Trujillo Foundation. All proceeds support a grant program that provides financial assistance to young adult cancer patients between the ages of 18 and 34, as well as their families and caregivers undergoing treatment in Florida.
