AlexTru Foundation 5K and 10K, October 31, 2026
The event is a community running event at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 31, 2026. It includes in-person and virtual race options and a Halloween costume theme. A Finish Line Festival and a Trunk O Treat activity are part of the event.

Proceeds from the event support the foundation grant fund that provides financial assistance to young adults ages 18 to 34 and their caregivers in Florida who are undergoing cancer treatment.
