Event overview
The AlexTru Foundation - 4th Annual 5k takes place on April 11, 2026, at Okeeheelee Park, 7715 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33413. The event is presented by the AlexTru Foundation to raise funds for the foundation's Grant Program, which assists young adults ages 18-34 who are undergoing cancer treatment in Florida. Registration and donations are tax-deductible. The event includes a finish line festival, a kids dash, a pre-race warm up and a post-race cool down, and family-friendly activities. Participants will be chip-timed. T-shirts and participant medals are provided while supplies last and are guaranteed for registrants who register by March 15.

- 5k - in-person and virtual options; in-person pricing: $25 (ages 64 and under) and $20 (ages 65 and older).
- 10k - in-person and virtual options; in-person price: $30.
- Fun Run for Kids - 400 m dash; open to ages 15 and under; price $5.
- 5k Virtual - price $45; registration closes April 11, 2026.
- 10k Virtual - price $50; registration closes April 11, 2026.
