The 5K with the 5-0 takes place on November 22, 2025 in Oakland, FL (540 East Oakland Ave., 34760). The event is organized with the Oakland Police Department and proceeds will benefit Oakland Police Department Community Programs.

Logistics and course
Packet pick up is scheduled at the Oakland Police Department on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Parking is provided at Oakland Charter School (456 E. Oakland Ave.) and in downtown Oakland (230 N. Tubb St.); handicap parking is available at Oakland Charter School. Vendors will set up in the police department parking lot (540 E. Oakland Ave.).
The run starts at the entrance to the Oakland Police Department, proceeds north on Winter Landing Dr. to the West Orange Trail, continues westbound on the West Orange Trail to the Oakland Nature Preserve entrance, then returns to the police department finish line. Water stations are located at the 1-mile and 2-mile markers. All finishers receive a finisher medal; awards are given to the top three in each age group.
