AdventHealth Groveland Turkey Trot 5K & 10K : Groveland, FL
The AdventHealth Groveland Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning running event at Cherry Lake Park in Groveland, Florida. The event offers both live and virtual options and is organized by FloDash Events with presenting partner LiveTrends Design Group.

The course runs along Wilson Lake Parkway and includes noticeable hills and scenic views. Roads along portions of the course will be closed with support from Lake County, the City of Groveland, and the Groveland Police Department. The 10K contains a segment of hard-packed off-road terrain that remains open to cars but will be clearly marked for participant safety. Water stations are placed on course, including a second water stop before mile four for 10K runners.
All on-course runners and walkers must be registered and wear an assigned bib; the event uses chip timing. Packet pickup is available at Dash Sports in downtown Clermont on the two days before the race and on race morning. Virtual participants receive packets shipped within two weeks after the event; shipments are limited to addresses within the United States.
Participants receive a chip-timed bib, a race shirt, a finisher medal, and a post-race snack and beverage. Awards from LiveTrends Design Group are presented for overall and age-group placings and must be collected during the awards ceremony. The race conducts a collection of nonperishable food items to benefit local charities and maintains team and referral discount policies. Strollers and service dogs are permitted with placement rules while pets and wheeled devices are restricted on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
