About the race
Adelphi Panthers for a Cause 5K Run/Walk takes place in Garden City, NY at Adelphi University (Nexus Building, One South Ave). The event features a 5K Run/Walk, a 1K Run/Walk, and a Kids Fun Run, with jogger strollers allowed. Participants receive a T‑shirt and refreshments; live results and photos are available.
Awards go to the top three overall finishers, with additional bragging rights for Panther Parents. Proceeds support the Adelphi Men’s and Women’s Track and Field teams. Registration includes bib pickup on race day; the event is rain or shine.
