Event Overview
The Abominable Trail Race is an autumn trail running event held at LG Ziplines and Adventures in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Walkers are welcome.
Distances and Formats
The event offers individual distances of 5K, 10K, 15K, and 30K. The 30K distance is also available as a team relay for groups of 2, 3, or 4 people.
Included with Registration
All participants receive a finisher's medal, a shirt, free action shot photos, and a free beverage at the finish line.
Base Camp Festival Area
There is a festival area called Base Camp. Teams may bring a tent to set up there. The area features music, games, food trucks, local craft beer, warm fire pits, and local vendors. Spectator entry is free.
Awards
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each individual distance.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available the day before the event and on race day. Parking is located at the House of Music across the street from the venue and costs $10 per car, payable in cash. A course map will be released closer to the event date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
