ABBATHON 5K & 10K - Chepstow

ABBATHON is a themed 5K and 10K event at Chepstow Racecourse in Wales on Sat, 26 Sept 2026 that combines an ABBA tribute show with a timed run. The event brings live music and race features together in a park and racecourse setting.

The programme includes a live ABBA tribute performance of at least 45 minutes before the race, a DJ, and on-course music guides who carry speakers. Music coverage on the route cannot be guaranteed for the entire course. Professional photographers will capture images and make free event photos available on the event website within 72 hours.

All runners receive chip-timed race bibs and an official finishing time. Finishers receive a special-edition medal inspired by ABBA. Post-race refreshments include fresh fruit. A limited edition ABBATHON finisher’s T-shirt is available for an additional £19.99.

Practical details: free parking is available on site; Chepstow Train Station is about 1.5 miles from the racecourse; local bus Service 69 serves the racecourse.
