The 12Ks of Christmas - Dursley
The 12Ks of Christmas is a 12 km trail run around the local woods near Dursley, Gloucestershire. The event is scheduled for 12 December 2026. Registration, event headquarters, car parking and the finish are based at Dursley Rugby Club; the start is at the Leaf & Ground, a short walk from registration.
The route follows woodland trails around Stinchcombe Golf Course and includes sections across the golf course, with hills and varied terrain. The halfway point at 6 km features a checkpoint offering mince pies and mulled cider. A GPX file of the route is available for download.
Event services include chip timing, a fully marked route, first aid and marshals, a covered rest area at the finish, and toilets including a disabled toilet. Finishers receive a zero waste log slice medal. Parking is available but limited.
Entry details state an early bird fee of £20 until 30 September 2026 and a standard fee of £25. A race waiver must be completed prior to registration and joining instructions with a video race briefing are provided in advance. Participants are required to bring at least one mandatory foodbank item listed in the joining information.
The event will support the charity Bigmoose and the GL11 Foodbank. Fancy dress is encouraged but not mandatory and offensive fancy dress is prohibited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
