Event overview
The 2 Turtle Doves is a timed running event held on 8 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a 7-hour limit. The event accepts walkers and runners. Each lap measures 2.5 km; the 5k option is two laps. The available distances are:

Course, entries and logistics
The course is off-road and routed entirely within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. It includes a hill on each lap and a series of uphill and downhill sections that pass through two vineyards. Race bibs are collected at on-site registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email. Race and virtual medals are the same type; only paid entrants are mailed medals. Entry fees listed in the event information are non-refundable. Fee examples in the published information include Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. There is a charity entry option with a reduced fee of £10.00 that requires a minimum fundraising commitment and completion deadlines. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
